Whether you’re a new or seasoned leader, it’s essential to have a refined set of skills in order to establish executive presence, have more influence and seek higher impact at a personal and professional level.
Together we’ll work on helping you to lead others by cultivating your awareness, expanding your curiosity, shaping your communication, holding yourself accountable, sharing your ideas to inspire action, striving for greatness through valuing differences, integrity through aligning thoughts and enhancing the possibility mindset to showcase the essence of your leadership brand.
I also specifically help women in tech who are looking to reach their full leadership potential through refining their executive presence to match their qualifications, knowledge and performance. My past projects have included the 'Women in Tech' program with LinkedIn, developed to educate, equip and empower women with the necessary skills and confidence to rise to the top ranks of leadership, along with other projects including "High Performing Leaders" with Twitch, "Reddit's Key Talent Program" with Reddit and others organizations such as HubSpot and G-Hub just to mention a few.

Become an Entrepreneur
Whether you’ve started your business already and feel stuck with what to focus on first, or you’re wanting to put your idea into action but you’re unsure of where to start, I’ve been there. Being an entrepreneur is a journey, and in it, we have to wear many different hats, many of which we’re new to.
From 10+ years spent working with big multinationals to being a successful entrepreneur in my own right and helping many others achieve their goals, I’ve learned one thing. We all have different approaches to get to our end goal.
We have to find your unique way to make your business shine, and I can help you do that. The key for me is to set a solid foundation for your brand and your business on which to grow your unique vision, whether it’s a yoga studio, travel consultancy, gaming app, music production or anything else that you can imagine!
Together we can identify strategies to build your online presence and give you the roadmap to navigate your business, your way. Where needed, I’ll connect you with my resources to help enhance your business.
